I stayed in the resort because I am a Elite member for the hotel. In Juan Dolio location the staff is very attentive and professional. The bartender from Opus Bar Jose Frias i can’t forget his name is the most welcoming and humble person.

Our first stay there as a member. Yup, we signed up for the Elite Travel Club. What a great experience. Room was a one bedroom suite with a hot tub on the balcony overlooking the beach. Beach was very well maintained and not very crowded. But most of the time we stayed in the member’s only pool area. …
Xiomara, at the member’s only office, saw to our every need and has the memory of an elephant.

Carolina VIP elite club and her staff were so kind and so good very helpful. The place was so beautiful and very clean and well kept. The food was good. And served hot.
The rooms were well kept and clean. I have a very nice 12 days and have been going to the resort for 26 years now every year. And hope to go back next year.
